LearnEatPlaySleep

Access for Success facilitates the re-writing of Grade 12 Mathematics and Physical Sciences (NSC).

Selected learners embark on a one-year focused Access for Success (A4S) programme. Learners will receive 10 hours of tuition (Mondays to Saturdays) presented by the AEL at Duin in die Weg Campus, Gariep, Northern Cape. This to improve their scores in the National Senior Certificate (Gr12) in Mathematics and Physics to a level where they qualify for admission into a university to prepare themselves for critically important occupations in STEM professions.

During this university preparation year learners will enhance their foundational skills through exposure to leadership skills, life skills development modules and excursions to allow them to advance to their next phase of life with increased self-confidence. The programme will also assist students in career guidance and the processing of university and bursary applications.
